Film for Life 2018 Returning in June 2018
The Solas Cancer Support Centre is thrilled to announce that the hugely successful Film for Life will be returning in June 2018.
Tracy McDaid, Manager of the Solas Cancer Support Centre explains more; ‘We are seeking participants to undertake a 6-week training programme where they will be tutored by a professional actor and then have the unique opportunity to star in their very own film. In early April participants will learn what films they will take part in and then training commences for the cast of each film. The film premieres will take place at a glitzy red carpet themed event in the Tower Hotel on Saturday 16th June where our actors will be the stars of the night! No experience is required and participants can apply as a group or individually. The event is open to ages 16 years and over. The inaugural 2017 Film for Life event was great fun and enjoyed by all who took part’.
