Charity Mindset and Nutrition Seminar. Derek Rowe of Bodyshape Performance will talk about Mindfulness & the importance of Nutrition. The event takes place Thursday 23rd of February from 8 – 10 pm at Boxworks 40 Patrick St Waterford city centre.
