Meditation / Stress Management Classes

- A group forum, where participants are guided through a “mindfulness” meditation, that promotes compassion toward self’s peace, calm and relaxation.
- Classes twice weekly, throughout the year:
Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm.
Thursdays 11.00am – 12.00pm.
